| Detailed designs have been completed for a new public access boat ramp on Melton Reservoir. The new ramp is proposed for a site at the end of Clarkes Road, just north of the rail bridge and will include:
· A new articulated concrete block matting boat ramp providing access to the water when levels are above 30% · Formal paved parking for up to 12 car/trailer units · A new dual lane access road
Cultural Heritage investigations will soon be under way to progress the project to its next stage. |
