The Queenscliff boating facility has been upgraded thanks to the State Government’s unprecedented investment in boating in Victoria.
With works complete, the ramp is open again for boaters.
Queenscliff Boat Ramp is located on the Bellarine Peninsula and is a popular year-round facility for boaters and fishers who want to access the wonderful recreational opportunities in Port Phillip, Corio Bay and offshore.
The project included the construction of a third boat ramp lane and floating pontoon to make it quicker and easier to launch or retrieve your boat.
Delivered in partnership with Borough of Queenscliffe, the second stage of the upgrade also included replacement and extension of the existing floating pontoons to increase space to tie boats up.
Asphalting and linemarking are complete in the main parking area with the finishing touches applied this week and the ramp reopened on Friday, August 26 2022.
